In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel for your journey south, traveling through the Great Rift Valley with a brief stop along the way. We will arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, we will embark on a game drive, where we will search for lions, zebras, elephants, giraffes and many other wildlife. After our adventure, we will return to the tented camp for dinner and our overnight stay.
Today, we will embark on a full-day game drive in Kenya's most popular wildlife sanctuary. You will have plenty of opportunities to spot the Big Five—lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant. We will enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool while watching the animals in and around the water. There is also an optional visit to a local Maasai village for a cultural experience. Later, we will return to the tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
You will start your day with an early breakfast, followed by an optional visit to a Maasai village. Afterward, you will depart from Masai Mara and enjoy a picnic lunch on the way. You are expected to arrive in Nairobi around 4:00pm, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
