Start your day by being picked up from the airport or your hotel in the early morning. Drive southwards along the floor of the Great Rift Valley, making a stop at the viewpoint. Then continue to Masai Mara, where you will arrive in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, head out for an evening game drive in the area, known for its rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. Masai Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs. It also hosts numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife in Kenya. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at Sankale Camp or a similar accommodation.
After breakfast, you will spend an entire day observing wildlife. One stop is at the Mara River, where many animals gather. You can enjoy your picnic lunch while watching the crocodiles, hippos, and other water-dwelling animals. After lunch proceed to see the animals roaming around the national park. All meals and overnight stay will be at the camp.
After an early breakfast, proceed to visit the Masai village for a chance to interact with the Masai people and learn more about their culture and way of life (optional). Later, depart to Nairobi with a picnic lunch on the way, and then drop off airport or at the hotel.
