The tour starts at the renowned Masai Mara which has been declared the 7th wonder of the world with its spectacular migrating wildebeest. This safari covers the Great Rift Valley, Africa’s famous canyon, continues to Lake Nakuru-home of hundreds of thousands of flamingos, pelicans, and numerous other birdlife into the magnificent Lake Naivasha fresh water and Hell’s Gate national park where there is optional walking as you see the animlas.

Travel Itinerary

Day 1 - Nairobi - Masai Mara

Pick up from the airport or your hotel around 7:30 am and depart from Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game. Reserve with a stopover at the great rift valley viewpoint arriving in time for late lunch. Proceed for evening game drive dinner and overnight at Lenchada camp or similar en-suite with private hot shower and toilet inside the tent.

Day 2 - Masai Mara

After early breakfast with a picnic lunch, you spent a full day exploring this unique park which really forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. You have the chance to visit Mara river the border of Masai mara and the famous Serengeti park where there is a concentration of many animals depending the time you will be traveling. You will have your lunch at hippo pool where you will watch hippos plus other wild animals. All meals and overnight at the camp.

Day 3 - Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru

After breakfast optional visit masai village and after depart to Nakuru national park with picnic lunch on the way arrivining in the evening. There is also optional visit Lake Naivasha Crescent Island for boat ride on the way to nakuru which will take around one hours and after proceed to Nakuru arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Buraha Zenoni Resort or similar for budget accommodation.

Day 4 - Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

After early breakfast spend the morning in Nakuru park where you have a chance to see flamingos among other birds [about 350 species recorded]. This is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros. The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as the Rhino and is also home to Columbus monkeys. Leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plain antelope. After depart to nearby Lake Naivasha with a picnic lunch on the way, do an evening boat ride on Crescent Island and later dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Chambai Safari or similar.

Day 5 - Lake Naivasha - Nairobi

After early breakfast, proceed to Hell's gate National park where you will have a chance to visit the Geothermal Power Plant in Ol Karia and the Hot Springs. This is the only park that allows transport by walking and cycling. There is an optional visit to Crescent Island for a boat ride where you watch hippos plus other wild animals. Later with picnic lunch on the way depart to Nairobi arriving at around 3pm drop off at your hotel.
