Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in any safari, tour, or service provided by Bash Style Tours. By confirming a booking or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All safari services are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment is received and acknowledged by our team. Once confirmed, your itinerary and service agreement will be sent via email.

2. Included Services

Unless otherwise specified, a typical safari booking includes:

• Accommodation as outlined in your itinerary
• Park entry and conservation fees
• Ground transportation during the safari
• Guide and driver services
• Meals as specified in the itinerary

3. Excluded Services

The following are not included unless explicitly mentioned:

• International and regional flights
• Travel insurance
• Visa fees and passport processing
• Alcoholic beverages and premium drinks
• Personal expenses, tips, and gratuities

4. Cancellations & Amendments

All confirmed bookings are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Changes requested more than 30 days in advance may be accommodated based on availability and may incur administrative fees. Cancellations within 30 days are not eligible for any refund or credit.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and travel insurance. Bash Style Tours is not liable for denied entry or boarding due to missing or invalid documentation.

6. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any guest from a safari for behavior that:

• Endangers others
• Violates park or camp rules
• Disrupts group activities or endangers wildlife

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Political instability or government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Transport disruptions

In such cases, Bash Style Tours may offer a credit voucher valid for future travel, at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bash Style Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (lodges, airlines, ground transport, etc.). We are not responsible for actions or omissions by these providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Bash Style Tours. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
