Bash Style Tours is committed to providing exceptional safari experiences. Due to the nature of our services—which involve advance payments to lodges, guides, and park authorities—all bookings are governed by strict refund conditions outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once payment is made for a safari or related travel service, the transaction is considered final.
We are unable to issue refunds under any of the following circumstances:

• Client cancellation for any reason

• No-shows or missed departure times

• Late arrivals or early departures

• Missed flights or transport connections

• Medical emergencies or travel disruptions not caused by Bash Style Tours

2. Changes to Booking Dates

We understand that travel plans may change. Date changes requested more than 30 days before your scheduled safari may be considered at our discretion and are subject to:

• Availability of new dates

• Additional administrative or rescheduling fees

Changes within 30 days of your safari are not permitted and will be treated as cancellations.

3. Force Majeure

Bash Style Tours shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Political unrest or civil disturbances

• Pandemics or public health emergencies

• Government-imposed restrictions or regulations

• Transport disruptions such as airline strikes or delays

In such cases, we may offer a credit voucher valid for up to 6 months, subject to availability and rebooking fees. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Third-Party Costs

We do not offer refunds for amounts already paid to third-party providers such as:

• Hotels

• National parks

• Airlines

• Transfer companies

This applies even if a booking is canceled or altered.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments made in error

• Proven payment processing errors

All refund requests must be submitted via email within 48 hours of the transaction.
Processing may take up to 30 days.
Any bank or transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. Acknowledgement of Policy

By proceeding with payment for any service on our platform or via our agents, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this Refund & Returns Policy

• Accept all the conditions listed herein

• Waive the right to dispute charges outside the scope of this policy
